Delivery Policy, Changes and Returns
Our products are physically in the warehouse located at Gran Vía de San Marcos, 23. When the customer places an order through the website, AM Programación will send the product to the customer within 2 to 5 business days.
The transport agency will be GLS as the default option. The store will offer other methods of transportation if they are available for the selected product.
In the case of software products, where there is no physical shipment, an email will be sent to the customer with all the information for download or corresponding serial numbers.
All products in the online store are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
The return or exchange is done as follows:
- Once you have requested the return or exchange, we will send you a label to pack the product and stick it on.
- A delivery company will pick up the package at your address.
- Depending on whether it is an exchange or a return, we will credit the amount to your bank account with the payment method by which you made the order, or we will send you another replacement product within 72 hours.
In addition, we remind you that you have a period of 30 days from the purchase of the product to return it, without arguing the reason for the return.
NOTE: Some products, such as custom equipment, have their own provider, so AM Programacióncannot be held responsible for the time that these repairs take.
In physical products, the return costs are borne by AM Programación.
For other types of products, this policy will be specified in each product file.
In the case of digitalproducts, there are partially different conditions, which the user accepts when purchasing said software.
AM Programación cannot verify that the serial number or activation codes have not already been used or copied by the client to be used later fraudulently.
For that reason, for each particular software product, you will find the return policy on each product card.
In some software products, the return is allowed as long as there is physical shipment and the box is fully sealed in its original packaging and without having removed the protective plastic (or revealing the serial number).
